Day one: a song
Day two: a picture
Day three: a book/ebook/fanfic
Day four: a site
Day five: a youtube clip
Day six: a quote
Day seven: whatever tickles your fancy
I'm not sure how many folks here don't already know about this site, but oh well: The H.R.G. Files. It's a blog written by the wonderful and talented Jack Coleman of Heroes. Frequently hilarious, always insightful, and just a great reminder that the whole Heroes cast is one big crazy happy family that I would like to adopt me.
Just in case that is common knowledge, here's a bonus: Gaijin Smash, the website created by an American man living in Japan. He used to be an English teacher at a school there, and if you skim the archives you can find hours of entertainment as he relates just how wildly bizarre it is over there, both inside and outside the education system. He doesn't update as much as he used to, but still, just go to the archives. It's worth it.
All righty then, that's done. I'mma go watch Alien Nation on the DVR. After that, I'm headed to the beach with the folks for the weekend, with my fingers crossed that the weather will clear the heck up and I can maybe hop in the pool just once before summer's well and truly gone.
