Yeah, it's seriously a drag. Today at least, since I left early, I had a pretty full half day, and I have something to fill Monday with pretty well. And then I'll have to go project hunting again, I think.
You know, strangely enough, I think that Claude probably had at least a few really decent people in his life early on, and some of them were bound to be family members. For all his cynicism etc, he does seem capable of trusting people and being pretty loyal to them (or at least he was before Bennet). But he still had a pretty crappy life otherwise, in a pretty crappy place, plus he was probably young and stupid and one of those "run away and never think about it again" type of guys (I mean, he still is). As for Lee and Abby, I absolutely cannot believe that he would be willing to risk everything and get that attached to anyone after Peter and everything else that happened in S1 without there being some prior connection to them. So. Yeah. Claude totally has family, that he probably feels some affection for, but it was just easier to avoid thinking about them because going back would probably make things worse for everyone.
