I'm still not sure I ship it, honestly, but the Master was probably my favorite part of those episodes. Which was interesting, since I really didn't think he would be.
Yeah, I wouldn't say the Master was my favorite part, but getting a deeper look into his character and seeing that the Doctor isn't the only one that recognizes their bond- that was nice.

I don't know if Torchwood is going to do anything with that, but I sure hope it's at least mentioned.
Heh, if Russel Tovey wasn't probably busy with Being Human, I'd wager he might be part of the new Torchwood team. Oh well.

The Doctor nearly bursting into tears in the pub scene with Wilfred almost made me burst into tears.
It's just the way it comes all of a sudden, and gets suppressed so quickly- it's so genuine that way. And then he talks about regenerating, and you start to think about the fact that, yeah, this man has lived ten lives, but he's also died nine deaths and knows another one is coming, and it tears your heart out.
