Mine have mostly involved working and watching marathons of NCIS and House on the USA network. I also did a little shopping on New Year's Day.
I caught the EoT arc too. The parts you mentioned were my favorites. The conversations between Wilf and the Doctor and the Master and the Doctor were fabulous. I wasn't shippy about the Master and Doctor in S3, but man they were really laying in on this time. Overall though... I kind of thought it was terrible. *laughs* The plot, IMO, was a complete mess. That isn't counting the plot threads that were just left hanging. I love David Tennant, and I think he can be really great when given the chance and proper material... but I've actually never found Ten as obnoxious and childish as I did throughout parts of those two episodes. I would've liked to see what Moffat could've done with David Tennant, but overall my reaction is mostly good riddance to RTD.
As for the new TARDIS interior, the only pictures I could find weren't really good. I could have sworn better ones existed, but these are what kept coming up.
